1. Electrical performance parameter input test: High-precision electrical parameter instruments are used.


2. User-provided differential pressure sensor and measuring instrument for vacuum measurement.


3. Pressure equalization chamber: 18" x 18" x 10" high, conforming to the American standards ASTM F558 and F431 orifice plate method.


4. Orifice plate range: One standard orifice plate (0.5" with manual switching), accuracy ±0.05mm.


5. Tested unit: Two types of 32" and 35" hose connectors (or user-specified), or nozzle connectors.


6. Product pass/fail indicator system with audible and visual alarms.


Pass results trigger the cylinder to pop up; failure requires manual operator control of the switch.
