 Designed based on JBT-10212 and JBT-10386, this tester is suitable for testing electronic expansion valves, including flow characteristics, valve opening pulses, valve leakage, maximum operating differential pressure, and reverse valve opening differential pressure. Utilizing an imported electronic digital flowmeter, this tester boasts a flow measurement error of less than ±1%. The pulse count can be set to suit the valve opening, and the flow change associated with each pulse count is displayed. The system is automatically controlled, with an adjustable output test pressure ratio and a programmable valve input pulse count. It monitors system pressure, flow parameters, and pulse count in real time, identifying flow and pressure mutation points. After computer-set parameters, the test is initiated with a single click, generating curves for flow characteristics and valve leakage parameters, and recording test results.
