1. Number of test stations: 5. By replacing the test fixture, electronic expansion valves and solenoid valves can be tested for life and leakage (leakage is tested using the pressure-maintaining method).


2. Electronic Expansion Valve Testing:


① Secure the expansion valve to the life test bench and drive it with a set voltage (e.g., DC12V), a specified excitation method, and a set frequency (e.g., 83 PPS).


② Set the inlet (side pipe) pressure to 1.0 MPa, and the outlet (straight pipe) to atmosphere. Open and close the valve a set number of times (e.g., 100,000) in a cycle of 0 to 500. Use nitrogen or clean compressed air,
with a source pressure of ≥4.5 MPa.


The test pressure is manually adjustable from 1 to 3.5 MPa.


Note: The valve supports opening and closing cycles up to 9.99 million times. The purpose is to determine the maximum life of the electronic expansion valve.
