1. Overview
This equipment is specially used for sealing performance testing of household appliances, and tests the overall sealing performance of the whole machine after assembly during the production process. The equipment has one station, which is controlled by PLC and touch screen. It can read out parameters such as pressure value, pressure holding time, leakage volume in real time. After the test is completed, there will be a prompt to show whether it is qualified or not.

III. Test process:

Put the product in the designated position of the airtight tooling, press the start button with both hands, the cylinder moves downward, the equipment moves, and observe the pressure difference indication and machine prompt after maintaining pressure for 3S. After OK, enter the next process.

If it is unqualified, the unqualified red light will be on (indicating that there are defective products at this station) and the alarm buzzer will sound. The operator will take out the defective products and put them in the corresponding defective product box.
