I. Overview
This equipment is designed in accordance with the requirements of QB/T 4144, "Reverse Osmosis Water Purifiers for Household and Similar Uses," and the relevant company standards. It is suitable for durability testing of normal temperature and hot water inlet and outlet solenoid valves in water purifiers. The equipment utilizes an integrated touchscreen computer and PLC as the main control hub, with the PC program responsible for data processing and logic control. It offers convenient operation and flexible adjustments, and the system can memorize, record, store, and display test results. The system provides test conditions and allows for flexible durability testing of inlet and outlet solenoid valves, making it an ideal auxiliary testing device for home appliance manufacturers.
II. Technical Parameters
2.1 Test Object: Normal temperature and hot water inlet and outlet solenoid valves for purified water
2.2 Control Method: PLC + 15-inch touchscreen computer + program
2.3 Test Stations: 12 (customizable)
2.4 Test Water Temperature: (20±5)°C, Hot Water Temperature: (95±5)°C Connect the solenoid valve to the test device and use a counting electronic control board to control the solenoid valve's on and off state by switching the tap water on and off. The valve's on and off times are recorded, and the valve is tested for 100,000 cycles to monitor its proper operation throughout its lifespan. This meets standard testing requirements and provides adjustable test variables.
2.5. Test Pressure: 0.05-0.8 MPa, equipped with one water pump.
2.6. Pressure Sensor: 0-1.6 MPa, Sensor Accuracy: ±0.2.5% FS.
2.7. On Time: Adjustable from 0 to 9999 seconds.
2.8. Off Time: Adjustable from 0 to 9999 seconds.
2.9. Test Time: Adjustable from 1 to 999999 times.
2.10. Water Flow Meter: 0.2-10 L/min
