1. Controlled on/off time: 0.05S~999h, with different times configured for each on/off state.

2. Number of test sample stations: ≥6 stations, all single-contact.

3. Adjustable load power; each station can be controlled by a circuit breaker, and stations can be connected in parallel.

Specific requirements for each station's power level: 100W+200W+200W+500W+1KW+2KW+2KW

4. Voltage and current loads for each station can be configured independently.

5. Capable of testing normally open and normally closed contacts, contact voltage drop, pull-in voltage,

release voltage, action time (including the specific time of pull-in or break-out), bounce time,

and other parameters. Configurable detection frequency; test results are automatically saved.

A separate test mode is available to meet both no-load and load parameter testing needs.

Parameter testing can be manually set and performed at any time.

8. Each station individually monitors and automatically saves parameters such as coil excitation status,

contact status, coil voltage, and contact current.

9. Judgment is based on the detection status 500ms after coil excitation and contact action. After 500ms,

a check is performed every 200ms, recording the data but not using it as a judgment criterion;

the data is recorded in a database. It can automatically record the number of on/off cycles and set the total

number of tests required (automatically stopping after reaching the total number). It can record the specific

time of contact action.

10. The display interface should include test time, test status of each station, power supply voltage of each station,

number of test settings, cumulative number of tests, number of NGs, specific time of NGs, number of coil excitations,

number of contact actions, etc.
