1. Overview
This equipment is specially used for life test of touch switch. It uses cylinder as power to push the switch to achieve the purpose of life test. The electric control system is composed of PLC + PC software, etc. All parameters are set by PC software. The test work and fault detection are automatically completed by PLC. Alarm prompts when fault and test are completed.

d) Current: determined by heating tube.
e) Test station: 30 stations (one cylinder for every 6 stations of mechanical action, a total of 5 sets).
f) Equipment size: length x width x height = 1500x800x1500;
g) Load box size (to be determined)
h) Test environment temperature: room temperature + 5℃-100℃ (warm air heating)
i) Fixture: lever type, suitable for different types of micro switches
