Product Overview: This product is developed in compliance with relevant standards such as GB15287, GB15288, GB20234.1, GB2099, GB16915, GB15092, GB17465, GB11918, GB13140, GB14048, GB7251, UL310, UL498, UL817, UL941, UL1059, IEC60309, IEC60998, IEC60669, IEC61058, IEC60439, and EIA-364-70, which are the test methods for the current and temperature rise of electronic connectors, as well as other relevant standards for electrical accessories. It can be used to assess the surface heating condition of electrical accessories when connected to a load current, and whether the temperature rise of the electrodes meets the requirements of the standards. II. Voltage and Current Source: Adopting the imported EA series from Germany Output Constant and Adjustable Current: DC0~510A, with an accuracy of ±0.2%Imax Output Voltage: According to the instrument parameters The device has selectable working modes: Continuous Mode, On-off Mode, and Automatic Temperature Control Mode Continuous On-off Mode: Continuous Mode Test Time: 0.01~99.99 hours On-off Mode Power-on/Power-off Time: 0.01~99.99 hours Number of On-off Cycles: 1~9999 times, and the device will automatically stop when the set number of cycles is reached Current Setting: Set by computer program control Automatic Temperature Control Mode: A stable temperature can be set, and the appropriate current value will be automatically found. III. Temperature Measurement: Completed by a data collector produced by Keithley in the United States, equipped with an RS232 communication interface Measurement Range: 0~260℃, with an accuracy of 0.3% of the reading + 1℃; Resolution: 0.1℃ Number of Temperature Measurement Points: 20 channels (including 1 point for measuring the ambient temperature) IV. Computer Configuration: Equipped with an industrial integrated touch computer V. Dimensions: Approximately 800mm (width) × 800mm (depth) × 1800mm (height), weighing about 150kg, and equipped with movable casters
