1. Product Overview
This
testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with UL540,
IEC72000 UL817, IEC60884, VDE0602, GB2009, APPLE and other standards. It
is mainly used to test the bending of plug power cords, household
appliance power cords and other related standards. It is suitable for
relevant manufacturers and quality inspection departments to test small
household appliances. Such as hair dryers, hairpins and other electrical
connections, wires and wires, etc. for weight rotation and twisting
tests. This machine uses a high-end color touch screen with full Chinese
display, which is easy to use. It can adjust the CNC mode, angle,
speed, number of times, starting point, signal on and off, and signal
alarm prompts. The hardware uses Panasonic servo motor + PLC + color
touch shielding, with high precision, low noise and long life. It can be
connected to the power cord bending machine load box for load testing.

III. Usage
When
doing the conduction test, install the sample on the swing fixture,
connect the sample to the circuit, hang the corresponding weight on the
other end of the sample, set the deflection angle, the number of tests,
adjust the speed to the required speed, and then start the operation.
When the sample breaks, the corresponding sub-counter stops working, and
the corresponding indicator light goes out. The current display value
is the number of tests for the sample. When the total count is reached,
the device will automatically stop.
