ZH-OM81 Washing Machine Performance Laboratory

1. Equipment Overview

This equipment is developed in accordance with GB/T4288-2018 "Electric Washing Machines for Household and Similar Purposes". The system integrates electrical parameters, temperature, pressure, and flow, can record the test process curve throughout the process, and supports data query, analysis, and report generation. It can be used for "power consumption and water consumption" project testing.

2. Technical parameters

Test station: 60 stations, two rows, each row arranged back to back

Test voltage: 220v 50HZ / variable frequency power (excluding variable frequency power supply)

Voltage measurement range: (100~300)V

Current measurement range: (0~20)A

Flow measurement range: (0.01~30)L/min, and convert and calculate the water consumption each time

Pressure measurement range: (0~1)MPa‍ (equipped with constant temperature and constant pressure water supply system)

Water temperature measurement range: (room temperature~100)℃, 4 sets of external thermocouples are provided

3. System composition:

The test system collects the following test data for each test station: power, voltage, current, cumulative power, water flow, temperature, and time.

1. Test voltage: 100~300V, accuracy 0.5 level

2. Test current: 0~20A, accuracy 0.5 level

3. Test power: 0~5 kW, accuracy 0.5 level

4. Constant temperature and constant pressure water supply: Constant temperature and constant pressure water supply 0.1~1.0Mpa adjustable, temperature room temperature~55°C adjustable, can also be connected to tap water, tap water and constant temperature and constant pressure water can be switched between each other.
