一、Overview
This equipment is designed according to JB/T 8592-2013 Four-way reversing valve for household and similar purposes.
Applicable to four-way reversing valves for internal leakage test, action reversing test, intermediate flow, minimum action voltage and life test.
The
equipment uses an industrial computer + PLC as the main control center,
and the PC program is responsible for data processing and logic
control. It is easy to operate and flexible to adjust. The system can
memorize, record, store and display test results.It can flexibly conduct
comprehensive tests on four-way valves and is an ideal auxiliary
testing equipment for home appliance manufacturers.

2.1、Equipment working power supply: AC220V, 50HZ
2.2、Test pressure range: 0~5MPa adjustable
2.3、Equipment
testing stations: 2, one of which can be used for comprehensive energy
testing including internal leakage test, high-voltage action reversing
test, low-voltage action reversing test, minimum action voltage, and
intermediate flow test. The other station is equipped with life test.
2.4、Test voltage: Powered by variable frequency power supply, AC50~300V adjustable
2.5、Leak test flow rate 0 to 2000mL（Can be customized according to user requirements）
