ZH9920 Hydraulic Pulse Life Test Stand
I. Equipment Overview
This equipment can test the service life of air conditioning components, including pulse impact tests and
high-pressure burst tests. It uses imported pressure sensors to detect pipeline pressure and hydraulic stations,
ensuring stable pressure output. The corresponding parameters can be set in the settings interface. It has manual and
automatic operation modes, and the equipment has leakage protection. When the test is completed or an error occurs,
an alarm will be issued and the station will stop working.
II. Equipment Description
1. Function: To perform hydraulic alternating impact tests.
2. Maximum test workpiece volume:
Ø Copper tube heat exchangers, fittings, valves, maximum 10L (test pressure range 0~5MPa)
III. Technical Parameters
1. Circulation Pressure: Pressure increase 0~10MPa, adjustable; (actual test pressure range 0~6MPa)
Pressure decrease 0~1MPa, adjustable. (0-pressure operation available)
2. System pressure control accuracy: ±2%
3. Number of test channels: 4 channels (30L volume devices can be tested only once at a time; smaller devices can be
connected to perform multiple tests simultaneously)
4. Number of tests: 0~1,000,000 times, freely configurable.
5. Pressure ramp-up time: Adjustable from 1.0 to 999.9s.
6. Pressure ramp-down time: Adjustable from 1.0 to 999.9s.
7. Control method:
Uses an industrial control computer (industrial-grade touch screen all-in-one machine) + PLC control for
measurement and control. Test data can be stored, retrieved, and reports generated. USB/RS232 and other
communication interfaces can be configured as needed. A fully enclosed embedded capacitive touch screen ≥15″ is
included, along with a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse; the equipment is reliable and durable.
8. The program can display real-time test pressure, including test time, ramp-up pressure, ramp-down pressure,
interval time, current number of tests, and set number of tests.
