I. Equipment Overview

This water pressure testing bench is a set of testing equipment independently developed by our company based

on the requirements of domestic and foreign customers and in accordance with relevant national and industry

standards. It utilizes imported components and a programmable controller. It can be used for burst and pressure

resistance tests on various pressure-bearing components of household appliances. The test bench can be set within a

60MPa range via a control panel or regulator. When a workpiece is damaged, the test bench automatically records the

actual water pressure of the damage and automatically shuts down the booster pump and other electrical devices,

thus shutting down the entire system. It features both automatic and manual boosting functions, is easy to operate,

safe, reliable, aesthetically pleasing, and convenient.

2. Burst Test: Destructive test, pressure 0.5~60MPa, record the highest pressure after sample rupture.
