ZH9860 Capacitor Opening Voltage Test Bench
I. Product Overview
This product tests the safety and explosion-proof indicators of electrolytic capacitors according to the requirements
of GB5993 and GB2693 regarding the valve opening test.
II. Technical Parameters
1. Test Capacitor: Rated voltage not exceeding DC 500V
2. Number of Test Channels: 1 channel
3. Test Method: Automatic DC boost method
4. Test Voltage: Adjustable DC 10~1000V, display accuracy ±(1% reading + 2V)
Test Current: 0~10A constant current limit, settable, display accuracy ±(1% reading + 0.02A)
5. Flame or smoke detection function to monitor the situation in the test chamber
6. Test Procedure:
Rated voltage and surge voltage can be set
Boosting speed: 1~99V/minute The system can be configured as follows:
(1) Power on the rated voltage for 5 minutes, with the current value not exceeding the rated ripple current value.
(2) Increase the voltage to the surge voltage, power on for 5 minutes, and check for any current faults.
(3) Install the set voltage increase rate, increase the voltage every minute, power on for 1 minute, and check for any
current faults. If no fault is found, the voltage will continue to increase in a cyclical manner until a fault occurs.
If a fault occurs, the system will automatically record the voltage value as the valve opening voltage, continue powering
on until the pressure relief valve opens, and wait for the flame and smoke to stop.
(4) Automatic voltage reduction and shutdown, automatic discharge, and start-up of the ventilation system for smoke
extraction.
7. The equipment uses a Siemens PLC + touch screen for parameter setting and automatic control of all parameter
adjustments. Control is automatic based on the settings, requiring no manual adjustment.
8. The equipment has short-circuit and overload protection functions.
It is equipped with an automatic discharge function and automatic smoke extraction after the test to ensure personnel
safety.
9. Explosion-proof test chamber:
Stainless steel inner liner, approximately 100 liters in volume, with an explosion-proof glass observation window.
Equipped with LED explosion-proof lighting and a ventilation system for smoke extraction.
