I. Product Overview

Based on the requirements of GB5993 and GB2693 standards for pressure release testing of electrolytic capacitors,

this product tests the safety and explosion-proof indicators of electrolytic capacitors.

Test Voltage: DC 10～500V adjustable, display accuracy ±(1% reading + 2V)

5. AC Test Method:

Test Voltage: AC 0～300V adjustable, display accuracy ±(1% reading + 1V)

6. Test time:

Adjustable from 1 to 9999s, automatic shutdown upon test completion.

Automatic discharge and smoke extraction upon test completion.

7. The equipment uses a Siemens PLC + touchscreen for parameter setting and automatic control.

All parameter adjustments and controls are performed automatically according to the settings, requiring no manual

adjustment.

8. The equipment has an automatic discharge function upon test completion to ensure personnel safety.

9. The equipment has short-circuit and overload protection functions.

10. Explosion-proof test chamber:

Stainless steel inner chamber, approximately 100 liters in volume, with an explosion-proof glass observation window.

Equipped with LED explosion-proof lighting and a smoke extraction system.
