RX9225 switch durability comprehensive test bench

1. Overview
The test chamber is designed according to the requirements of GB15092, IEC61058, UL1054, GB14048, IEC60947-5-1 and other standards for durability testing, and provides a complete set of test machines and resistance, inductance, and motor loads.

2. Technical parameters
2.1. Sensitive load: current adjustable from 0.01 to 100A, power factor adjustable from 0.3 to 1

2.2. Motor load, stalled electromagnet load:

★ On-current: adjustable from 0.1 to 100A, power factor adjustable from 0.3 to 1

★ Off-current adjustable from 0.01 to 10A, power factor adjustable from 0.3 to 1

★ On-current load within 50 to 100mS at the moment of power-on of the tested switch, and then automatically converted to off-current load; (for UL61058, no interruption is allowed between large and small currents, and for GB14048.5, interruption is allowed between on-current and off-current)

2.3. Three test switches share the same set of loads

2.4. The load is composed of multi-stage inductors and multi-stage resistors in series, and the large inductance inductor with a current less than 0.5A adopts an unsaturated iron core inductor.

2.5. Use relays for load switching

2.6. The load cooling method is forced air cooling, and its working system is long-term continuous working system.

2.7. When the test product is welded or short-circuited, an alarm can be issued to stop the machine

2.8. The power-on time and cycle ratio of each station is: 1:4, and the time control accuracy is 0.2s ±10ms for 1s; ±1% for ≥1s;

2.9. Provide users with external load interface

2.10. Provide temperature rise test interface and program matching, and users can match the temperature measurement part by themselves
