一、Overview:
The capacitor ripple current test device is a special device for capacitor current withstand temperature rise test. During the test, an AC voltage can be superimposed on the DC voltage to perform a high-frequency ripple durability test on the capacitor. It has the characteristics of high DC output voltage, large AC output current, high stability and easy operation; it supports data storage and recording, uses ARM to generate PWM waveforms and control, and users only need to automatically apply test conditions according to test requirements. At the same time, it uses DDS digital frequency synthesis technology to achieve high frequency and high current output, and has overvoltage and overcurrent protection functions.

3.2、 Data power-off preservation.
3.3、 With wide frequency, you can choose freely in the frequency range of 45Hz~500kHz.
3.4、 It has a large current and can support up to 1000A.
3.5、 AC voltage up to 1500V.
3.6、 The maximum DC bias voltage supported is 5000V.
3.7、 Optional temperature detection module, using high-precision K-type thermocouple, small size, easy to install.
3.8、 Real-time monitoring of ripple current and voltage, with historical data storage.
3.9、 Supports historical data curve waveform drawing and USB disk data copy.
3.10、 When the test is finished or an abnormal situation occurs, the test is stopped and an alarm is given, and the sample is discharged.
