Product Description

The EVWDS series battery simulator is a DC input battery simulator for the common DC bus system. It is specially developed for the testing of motor controllers, drive motors, and complete vehicles in the new energy electric vehicle industry. It is a low-cost solution for replacing power batteries.

The EVWDS series battery simulator has the characteristics of high output stability and accuracy, rapid transient response, and bidirectional energy flow. It can simulate dynamic characteristics such as power battery charging and discharging. The characteristic curves of 5 commonly used power batteries such as lithium manganese oxide and lithium iron phosphate can be directly called, and 5 battery change characteristics can be customized. The variable conditions such as the series and parallel number of batteries and SOC can also be edited and set to simulate the output characteristics of power batteries and the charging and discharging characteristics of batteries.

It is particularly suitable for the dynamometer test bench and towing test bench of the common DC bus, and can also be used to upgrade the existing DC power supply system.

2. It has built-in 5 battery simulation characteristic curves, including lithium iron phosphate, ternary lithium, lithium manganese oxide, and lithium cobalt oxide, and the user can customize 5 battery characteristic curves.

3. The energy flows in both directions at full power, the operation is stable and reliable, and the energy saving is efficient.

4. It has multiple output modes of constant voltage, constant current, and constant power.

5. Rapid transient response.

6. It adopts high-speed digital control technology, and the output accuracy reaches 0.1%.

7. It has automatic voltage drop compensation function, which automatically compensates for line voltage drop.

8. It adopts a seven-inch touch screen operation, which is convenient for operation and display.

9. The output parameters and protection parameters are programmable, which can be applied to different types of equipment testing.

10. The internal components adopt international brands such as LEM and Infineon, and the equipment has high reliability.

11. It adopts modular design, and the equipment is easy to maintain in the later stage.
