GB4706.1-2005 and GB17627.1-1998. It is used to detect the ability of
components to withstand transient overvoltage, as well as the electrical
clearance and creepage distance of the equipment.

2. No-load half-peak time: 50μs ±20%
3. Effective impedance of equipment: 12Ω ±10%
4. Peak voltage adjustable range: 300V～12500V
Voltage accuracy ±5% at 1000V～12500V
5. Polarity: Positive and negative can be switched
6. Test interval: 10～99 seconds (generally 15 seconds)
Test output time: generally adjusted to 1 second
7. Number of tests: 1～9999 times
8. Test power supply: 220VAC 50Hz not more than 500VA
9. Waveform test requires users to prepare high-voltage probe + digital storage oscilloscope
