ZH9902 Electronic Expansion Valve Comprehensive Test Equipment

     This equipment is designed according to JBT-10212 and JBT-10386. It is suitable for testing the flow characteristics, valve opening pulse, valve leakage, maximum action pressure difference test, reverse valve opening pressure difference, fatigue resistance test and other tests of electronic expansion valves. It adopts imported electronic digital flowmeter with flow test error of ±1%. The pulse number can be set arbitrarily according to the valve opening requirements, and the flow change value of each pulse number can be displayed.The system is automatically controlled, the output test pressure ratio is adjustable, the valve input pulse number can be set, the system pressure, flow parameters and pulse number can be detected in real time, the flow and pressure mutation points can be identified, and the test can be started with one button after the parameters are set by the computer, and the flow characteristics and valve port leakage parameter curves can be generated and the test results can be recorded;
