一、Equipment overview

According to the requirements of standards such as GB20289-2006, GB19141, GB4706.12, GB4706.24, GB4706.32 on pipeline flow test, this device applies specified pressure to the tested pipe to measure whether its flow rate is qualified.

二、Main features

4. High-precision digital pressure and imported flow sensors are used, the data is accurate, and the data can be fed back to the computer to achieve measurement control.

三、Main technical parameters

1. Nitrogen gas source:

A. Gas supply volume is not less than 18m3/h

B. Gas supply pressure is not less than 1.5MPa

D. The equipment is equipped with a gas storage tank to ensure stable gas supply

3. Detection station: single station, left and right stations can be switched

Single station can detect a maximum of 1 in 24 out pipe group, and two stations can be separated to measure 2 1 in 12 out pipe groups (left and right program switching)

4. Quick connector: The test sample connection port adopts a copper tube quick connector, which is quick and easy to disassemble and has no leakage at the connection

5. Flow measurement range: 0~100L/min;
