一、Introduction to the comprehensive performance test bench for automotive electronic expansion valves

This machine is customized according to customer requirements and is suitable for testing the valve port leakage, valve opening pulse, maximum operating pressure difference (OMPD), 
and flow characteristics of automotive electronic expansion valves.Using mass flow meter, the flow test accuracy is ±1%.
The system is automatically controlled, the output test pressure is adjusted by a proportional valve, and the number of expansion valve input pulses can be set.
After setting the parameters on the computer, start the test with one click, generate the flow characteristics, valve port leakage parameter curve and record the test results;
